We are so excited to celebrate with all of you! We want everyone to feel confident & comfortable. he wedding will be formal. Ladies- Bring out your favorite midi or floor length dress! Please keep in mind that throughout the evening you'll likely walk on some grass and gravel so we recommend a block heel. Gents- Suit & Tie requested. Tuxedos not required but if ya have one, wear it!
As much as we love your kiddos, this will be an adults only evening. Hoping this gives you an opportunity to let loose and have fun too! We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! We are keeping the guest list intimate, so unless your invitation specifically indicates a plus one or we proactively reach out to you regarding the invitation, please only bring yourself and your dancing shoes!
The wedding will be a mixture of both! The ceremony/cocktail hour will be held outdoors with dinner indoors & the reception underneath a tented area.
Yes! There will be transportation provided back to a hotel. If you live around the area and don't need to use the shuttle to the hotel , we recommend hiring a car or scehduling an uber well in advance. Please note, that Orange, VA is not the most poppin' place for Ubers and the venue has let us know that Ubers are extremely limited. Should you order an Uber, make sure to schedule it for the end of the evening to improve the likelihood of you securing one.
There will be parking available at the venue for those driving to/from the event. If you plan to drink, do not plan to drive. Please note if you drive, there is a chance that you will be asked to park in the grass as spots in the paved lot are limited. Please plan accordingly.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. Should you have special requests, please contact the venue directly.
