What areas should we stay in?

Answer

Whether you're planning to rent a house or make a hotel reservation, we recommend looking in Encinitas, Carlsbad, or Cardiff. These locations are all within 15 minutes of the venue and should not be inundated with traffic. There is a big music festival going on in Del Mar on the weekend of the wedding, so it's best to stay north of that.

Transportation?

Answer

There is easy access to either be dropped off via Uber or Lyft or to park yourself. The garden has a parking lot which guests can park in complimentary. We are also able to leave vehicles at the venue overnight. We are trying to coordinate a bus to take majority of us to the after party venue or the West Inn if you're staying there.

Recommended Attire?

Answer

Certainly not black tie. "Dressy casual"? The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all outdoors so please plan accordingly dependent upon weather. If it's going to be chilly, do not fear - we have heaters on standby. It will most likely be pretty warm and there is plenty of shade at the garden.
