When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP as soon as you receive your invite so we can plan accordingly. The deadline to submit is 4/24/2026. Please refer to our RSVP page and type in your name to find your own RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire requested. Ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside, while dinner will be inside.

Is there onsite parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking at Separk Mansion.

Should I stay in Gastonia or Charlotte?

Answer

Gastonia is about 30 minutes outside of uptown Charlotte (without traffic). We have a room block available in downtown Gastonia for those who would like to be able to walk to the wedding. We know that some of you may prefer to be in closer proximity to the city. In that case, we recommend staying in Uptown or South End, Charlotte. There are tons of attractions in the city and we definitely recommend staying here if this is your first time visiting the area!

If staying in the city, how do you recommend we get to the venue?

Answer

We have arranged for a charter bus to transport our out of town guests! The bus will provide round trip transportation from the South End Holiday Inn located at 1617 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28203. We have a room block at this hotel as well. The bus will be leaving promptly at 4pm, so please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure.
