Durango Airport

Durango–La Plata County Airport is the closest airport to Pagosa Springs. The other nearby options are Albuquerque International Sunport and Denver International Airport, both of which are about a 5–6 hour drive away. If you fly into Durango, the drive to Pagosa Springs is approximately 45–50 minutes—be sure to enjoy the mountain views along the way! Please note that there are very few direct flights, so you will most likely have a connecting flight, typically through Phoenix or Denver.

Important Information Regarding Ride-sharing/Taxi Services

While apps like Uber and Lyft may claim to be available in Pagosa Springs, due to its small-town nature, there are not available drivers in our area. We recommend renting a vehicle during your stay. If renting a car is not an option for you, Pagosa Cab and A1 Taxi are also available. Please see link for more information.

For larger groups, we suggest checking out Airbnbs in Pagosa Springs since they’re usually more affordable. The town is pretty compact and driving from one side to the other takes about 30 minutes, so almost any location works.
