I don't see my name when I RSVP

Answer

If you do not see your name or the names of anyone in your party, please reach out to Alex, Katelyn, Karen, or Yolanda. Their phone numbers are listed above.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can scan the QR code that came with your invitation which will bring you directly to our website. Once on our website, find the "RSVP" page. Once you are brought there, please fill out your information. After submitting your information, have each member in your party scan the QR code and do the same with their information. Please do not bring any guest that is not RSVPed.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie/formal. Men should wear formal suits or if they wish, tuxedoes. Women should wear formal, floor length dresses or pant suits. Please refrain from wearing shades of red or burgundy as that is the color the bridal party is wearing. Dress to impress!

How far away is the Reception from the Church?

Answer

About an hour away. We plan for the ceremony to end around 3:30, giving guests about an hour and a half to drive to the reception in time for cocktail hour.

Are children invited?

Answer

Children are welcome to attend our wedding; however, we ask that you monitor them at all times. Please ensure your child remains quiet during special moments of the wedding, such as the ceremony and during speeches. If bringing your child will hinder your experience, please arrange for child care.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, you may bring a spouse or significant other. If they are not listed, please ask Alex or Katelyn to add them to the website. Please have them RSVP by scanning the QR code or by going directly on our website and hitting the "RSVP" page.

How long should I book the room for?

Answer

The discounted rate is for Friday, 12/26 and Saturday, 12/27. You may stay as long as you would like, but after 12/27, the discount will no longer apply and you will need to pay full price for the room.

Is there a registry? Should I bring a gift?

Answer

While we appreciate all gifts from the bottom of our hearts, we ask that our guests stick to cash gifts. There will be a table to place cards/gifts. For our registry, there is an option to send us a cash gift towards our future together. Thank you in advance!

What happens if I arrive at Minerals Hotel early?

Answer

You may walk in and look for signs that direct you to our cocktail hour space. Someone at the front desk can also direct you. If you booked a room, you may check in before or during cocktail hour.

Will there be an open bar?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For the ceremony, there is limited street parking. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure they have time to find parking. There is a parking lot at the reception upon entering.

What should I NOT do?

Answer

1. RSVP that you will be attending and not attend. And vice versa. 2. Bring a guest/ multiple guests who are not RSVPed.
