Alex and Katelyn met on September 25, 2015, at St. Joseph High School. Katelyn, a student at Mother Seton Regional High School, had been invited to a dance at St. Joe’s. Alex was looking for a girl to dance with when he first laid eyes on Katelyn. They started talking and exchanged phone numbers. The following month, Katelyn invited Alex to a dance at Mother Seton, where they shared their first dance together. A month later, they went on their first official date—with both of their parents along! Over the years, Alex and Katelyn have celebrated many milestones together: Sweet 16s, getting their driver’s licenses, proms, first jobs, graduating college, and beginning their careers. Now, 10 years later, they are ready to vow to spend all of life’s milestones together. We feel beyond blessed to celebrate this exciting moment with our family and friends.
