Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off for not just us but you!!!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We do have a dress code and would love for this to be a formal event. This means that a tuxedo isn't required but ask if you do have a tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie. For the ladies you can go a bit dressier and wear a formal floor-length gown, or choose a short, dressy cocktail dress. We understand this will be a summer wedding and it more then likely will be hot. But this will be an evening ceremony and we are right off the water so their might be a little breeze later on in the night. Also the venue is a historic mansion with a lot of Italianate-style details. Please take a look at the website to better understand the look of the venue.

Is it ok if I take pictures with my own phone or camera?

Answer

We are looking forward to all of the photos you take during the pre-ceremony and reception, but we ask that you keep your devices in your pockets or purses during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture these precious moments, and we want all of you to be present with us during this special time! After the wedding, feel free to tag us in your photos on all of your social media platforms using our hashtag (#HaveIToldYouIloveYouLately). We can't wait to see how you celebrated our special day!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar during cocktail hour. There will be a beverage station with hot coffee, Tea, & non-alcoholic fruit punch available to our guests during cocktail hour and after dinner. Cash bar available during dinner and the reception. So please bring cash JUST IN CASE.

Question

Will dietary restrictions be accommodated for dinner?

Answer

Yes. The menu consists of two meat proteins and various sides. If you have any dietary restrictions (gluten allergy, vegetarian/vegan, etc.) please contact us and let us know about your preferred meal choice. We will be having a plated meal so we will be asking for your choices in the RSVP.
