2:00 pm
Dress code is Sunday Best. Kilts welcome, if you are so inclined. Those who are able generally stand through an Orthodox Ceremony, so consider your footwear carefully.
4:30 pm
The Orthodox ceremony does not include what most Americans consider to be traditional vows. So, for this part of the proceedings, we will be using a very short service from Kate's tradition, which is the blessing of a marriage that has already occurred.
4:45 pm - 9:00 pm
Dress comfortably for the weather. We ask family and our wedding party to keep your fancy duds on long enough for photos. After that, it's up to you.
We'll be outside in the lot behind the brewery, so check the forecast and bring your dancing shoes! Late September in Chicago can range from 70F down into the 40s. It just depends on the year. Temperatures will drop as the evening progresses, so we recommend bringing a jacket.
