There are surprisingly a lot of Airbnb around the area, you just have to choose where would you like to stay. The Airport is located in Pasay area, there are a lot of international hotels near the airport as well as the Casino Hotels and other touristy places. The SM Mall of Asia is also in Pasay. The Church and reception is in Alabang/Muntinlupa City if you wish to stay near the venues. Taguig area is basically a home away from home where you can find a lot of international brands and restaurants, from simple strip malls to fancy looking malls.
