Accommodations have been reserved at a cost of $300 per adult guest (> 9 years old) for the entire weekend! All you have to do is get to the mountain! Once there, everything is taken care of for you, so you can relax, enjoy, and celebrate with us! CHECK IN: Thursday, October 23, 2025 at 4 p.m. CHECK OUT: Sunday, October 26, 2025 at 11 a.m. To Confirm: 1. Visit www.hawkesdene.com/confirmation 2. Fill out the guest information form 3. Select 'yes' for "Have you been invited to attend a wedding" 4. Select Kate & Christopher for Name of Group If confirming and paying for more than one guest, please include the names of the guests being confirmed in the comments box at the bottom of the form. Please reserve on-site accommodations by August 1, 2025.

Hotel

Hampton Inn Murphy

The Hampton Inn in Murphy is a 25 minutes drive to Hawkesdene. Kate and Chris have chosen Hawkesdene for its family reunion setting, and encourage all guests to take advantage of the special rates we have reserved in advance for your lodging. If you would prefer to stay off-site there are hotels close to the venue that are available to you. Hawkesdene accommodations include all meals, so if you are staying off property, we ask that you let us know which meals (rehearsal, reception, etc.) you will be present for.

Flight

Atlanta Airport

This is the airport we most highly recommend flying in to. It will be the closest and cheapest option for most of you. Almost every city that our guests live in (excepting some smaller towns) have a direct flight to ATL. Direct = cheaper! Hawkesdene is a 2.5 hr drive from Atlanta airport. We are arranging for there to be two shuttle pick-up windows on both Thursday and Friday to bring guests to the venue and one pick-up window Sunday morning to bring guests to ATL airport. Once we have a better idea of when most guests are arriving in Atlanta, we'll put the shuttle schedule here on this page! Make sure to check back in closer to the date! If you would like to rent a car, you are more than welcome to! There is more than enough guest parking at Hawkesdene.

If you choose to drive, or if you're arriving day-of, here are the directions: North on Highway I-575/GA-515 3 miles past Blue Ridge turn left on GA-60 to Mineral Bluff Right on GA Spur-60 to US-74 Right on US-74 thru Murphy to Andrews Right into Andrews (US-19 Bus) Right on Cherry Street 3.3 miles to Phillips Creek Rd Left .5 miles to the Hawkesdene entrance
