Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes, there will be two shuttles transporting guests to and from the wedding. The wedding ceremony begins at 5:30pm and the farm is about 15 miles (20 minutes) away from the hotel. Therefore, both shuttles will leave the hotel at 4:30pm. After the wedding, the shuttles will depart at a few different times, allowing guests to leave earlier in the night or to stay late. The first departure time back to the hotel is 10pm, followed by 11pm, 11:30 and midnight. Also, if you prefer to drive your own vehicle, that is fine too! Please know that Uber is NOT a reliable form of transportation in Freeport. It is an extremely rural area and these services are not common.

If I'm not staying at the hotel, can I still take the shuttles?
Answer
Yes, if you're not staying at the hotel but driving from the Pittsburgh area, you're welcome to take advantage of the shuttles. The hotel is closer to the city than Freeport is so your chances of getting and Uber from the hotel back to your home or wherever you are staying, is more likely. We don't want our guests to worry about drinking and driving so please take advantage of the shuttle service!

What is the dress code?

Cocktail Attire/Dressy-Casual/Semi-Formal A note for the ladies: The wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will take place on the lawn (weather-permitting), and the reception will take place under a tent on top of a tiled tennis court. The tiles are in a waffle-like pattern. For these reasons, stiletto heels may make walking difficult. I would hate for your nice heels to get stuck in the grass or damaged in the sport-court tiles!
