No Ceremony..??

Answer

We are skipping the formal ceremony and going straight to the fun - a celebration with toasts, food, drinks, dancing and good company! We completely understand if travel isn't feasible for a party - no pressure at all, and we will be celebrating with you in spirit if you can't make it.

How do we get to the venue?

Answer

We have buses taking everyone to and from the venue. There are no ubers in Coalville surrounding the venue, so please utilize the buses! We were able to get discounted room blocks at two hotels- but for anyone staying in a different hotel or Airbnb please make your way to one of these two hotels for bus pick ups: Black Rock Mountain Resort (Closer to the Venue) 909 West Peace Tree Trail., Heber City, UT 84032 The bus to the venue will pick up at this location 4:20pm SHARP! OR DoubleTree by Hilton Park City – The Yarrow (Closer to Main Street, Park City) 1800 Park Avenue, Park City, UT 84060 The bus to the venue will pick up at this location 4:00pm SHARP! There is parking available at the venue if you plan to stay sober and you'd like to drive!

What does Formal Attire Mean?

Answer

Formal wedding attire sits between cocktail and black tie on the wedding dress code scale. It's slightly more elevated than cocktail attire, but less dressy than a black-tie-- meaning you can leave the tuxedos at home! Choose a suit/ dress of any color (except white). We are inviting you to dress up and pick an outfit you feel your best in! Because we are getting married on a ranch we will likely be in boots & cowboy hats, so feel free to join us in the Yellowstone aesthetic! Bolo ties encouraged! ;) yeehaw! UPDATE!!!! Please wear boots, flats, or a BLOCK heel & bring a jacket!!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It will be fall in Utah which means it will be in the 60's -70's while the sun is out, but it may drop down to the 40's when the sun goes down! Jackets are recommended. The wedding venue has both indoor and outdoor options! And the band & dancing will be in a outdoor corral.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We are obsessed with your kids - they are literally so fricken cute, but we regretfully cannot accommodate them at the venue due to restricted numbers. Please find a sitter and enjoy a parent's night out! :) If you are looking for local babysitting options, you can text Kate: 701-367-2024

Will there be a seated dinner?

Answer

There will not be a formal seated dinner. We will have a number of food stations, with gluten-free and vegetarian options if needed! There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks throughout the evening.
