What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to be seated for the ceremony by 3:45pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be running a shuttle to and from the venue, picking up and dropping off from downtown Asheville. The first shuttle will leave at 3:00pm, and the last shuttle home from the venue will leave at 10:00pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking onsite. However, we will be running a shuttle from downtown Asheville to and from the wedding venue, so we can get you there and home again! Otherwise, please consider taking an Uber or Lyft, as the venue is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Asheville.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

You know Sarah loves babies... and we'll be ready for them soon! However, the wedding is just for the grown-ups. Kids are welcome at the Friday Welcome Reception and the Sunday Farewell Breakfast. There are babysitting services available through both hotels, and we encourage our guests with children to coordinate childcare for the night!
