Welcome Reception

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

If you arrive on Friday afternoon, come have a drink on us! We'd love to thank you for joining us for our special weekend. There will likely be food trucks on site, and lots of local places to grab a bite before or afterwards. Arrive by 7:45pm to hear toasts from Kate's dad and Sarah's mom!

Wedding + Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, suits.

Please be seated for the ceremony by 3:45pm. Cocktail hour and seated reception to follow, culminating in dancing the night away! TRANSPORTATION: The venue is a 10 min drive from downtown Asheville, and parking will be available on site. There are also lots of available rideshare options to take from town. We will be running a shuttle bus from each of the designated hotels, leaving at 3:00pm. The shuttles will take folks back to both hotels; one bus leaves at 9:45pm, and the other at 10pm.

Farewell Breakfast
