Nick & Kate will be hanging out in the large beer garden behind Baerlic Brewing the evening before the wedding to welcome friends and family from out of town. All guests are welcome! There is a wonderful food cart pod next door and outside food is welcome. This location is also pet and child friendly, please feel free to bring the kiddos :)

Pre-ceremony we will be serving iced coffee & champagne in the courtyard where the wedding will take place. Please plan to arrive between 4pm - 4:45pm in order to mingle and find your seat before the 5pm ceremony start time.

Dress to impress! Semi-formal or garden party attire encouraged. Recommended dress tie or suit, floor or midi dress length. Florals and light colors are welcome. However, we would love to see you in anything that makes you feel comfortable.
Our ceremony will be held in the back courtyard at the Kennedy School. Enter through the exterior entrance in the back of the building facing the parking lot. Courtyard entrance is covered between The English Wing and the back entrance to the hotel.
Reception

Immediately following the ceremony, appetizers will be served in the courtyard and the bar will be opened for cocktail hour. Beer, wine and signature cocktails will be hosted by the couple. Dinner will be served at 6:30 in the adjacent gym, dessert and dancing to follow :)
