Accommodations
Niagara-on-the-Lake is a popular small town and things can book up quickly! We would recommend booking accommodations before the summer months get busy. There are many AirBnB & VRBO options within town, these are a great way to stay in town with a group! As well as boutique hotels and small bed and breakfasts. We have a discount code at two hotels just outside of the town (found below), and are working on arranging transport via shuttle from these to the venue.

This hotel is about 15-20 min from the venue and from the town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. There will be a shuttle to and from the venue.

Buffalo is a 30 min drive from the venue, across the US - Canadian border, which has several cross points (see below) and while it can get busy on summer weekends, should hopefully be quick!

Toronto is a bigger airport, but about an hour away from Niagara-on-the-Lake.

If you are traveling from outside of Canada, you will need a valid passport to enter! Please check your passports with enough advance notice to renew them if necessary!

Currency Exchange
Prices will be in Canadian dollars, and the current exchange rate can be found at this link. While you should be able to use your credit cards, foreign exchange fees may apply, and you should alert your bank prior to travel. You can exchange US dollars for Canadian at the airport, at Duty Free when you cross the border, or at your bank before traveling.

The shuttle (bus) to and from the venue will pick up from the Hilton Garden Inn at 3, the Holiday Inn Express at 3:10 if you are staying in that area. From Niagara on the Lake town center, they will pick up from Queen’s Landing at 3:40 and Prince of Wales at 3:55. They will leave from the venue at the end of the night at 11 and then also at 11:45 and do the same route backwards. We will be heading in to the town for an after party! The company is Switzer Carty.
