Niagara Falls - the Falls!
Mitch & Kate at the Falls in 2013 If you have never been to Niagara Falls, you MUST go! Everyone knows it's prettier from the Canadian side. Kate's personal recommendation is the Hornblower boat tour (Maid of the Mist rebranded) that takes you right up to the falls, Jim and Pam style. Be prepared to get soaked, but it is 100% worth it!

Niagara Whirlpool Loop Hike
Gorgeous hike from the top ridge of Niagara Gorge down to the waters edge and back up! Views of the rapids and Devil's Hole Whirlpool. The hike takes about an hour, but the stairs back up the gorge can be challenging.
