We have a total of three buses to ensure you are safely transported from the hotel to venue and back. - The first bus will depart Embassy Suites at 2:45p. The two remaining busses will stagger departures at 3:00p and 3:15p. - The first bus will depart The Oak Barn at Loyalty at 8:15p (leaving every hour after) and the two remaining busses will stagger departures at 11:00p and 11:15p. Kindly respond on your RSVP card whether you will or will not require transportation so we can ensure we have the proper number of busses!
