The entire wedding will take place at the Worcester Art Museum, located at 55 Salisbury Street, Worcester, MA 01609. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held downstairs in the Renaissance Court, followed by dinner upstairs on the balcony overlooking the court. The rest of the reception will continue back in the Renaissance Court. In addition, the Chapter Room and select museum galleries will be open for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
The museum is open to the public during the day, so we kindly ask guests not to arrive too early. Seating opens at 5:45 PM, and the ceremony begins at 6:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to find your seat before the ceremony begins.
No need to worry about the weather as everything will take place inside. All events ā ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception ā will take place indoors in the museum.

Yes! Parking The Worcester Art Museum offers complimentary parking in the lot directly across the street from the venue for anyone who is driving. Transportation For guests staying at nearby hotels, we will be providing $25 Uber vouchers per ride to help cover transportation to and from the museum. Vouchers can be used on the day of the wedding and during the early morning hours the following day. The voucher code will be included on the details card in your invitation and will also be posted during the reception. Please be sure to have the Uber app downloaded on your phone in advance. If you have any transportation questions the day of the wedding, feel free to ask a member of the wedding party.
Yes! We'd love for our guests to help set the tone for a romantic evening at the museum, so we kindly ask everyone to wear evening cocktail attire. For guidance, men typically wear a suit or blazer and tie. While women often choose elegant knee-length, midi, or ankle-length dresses or jumpsuits. Feel free to wear whatever version of cocktail attire feels most comfortable and festive for you. The ceremony and reception will be held indoors, but you may want to bring a light sweater or shawl in case the museum feels cool.
We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a guest, youāre welcome to bring one. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the celebration intimate.
Yes! Your invitation will list the names of everyone included. If your SaveātheāDate was addressed to your whole family, that means your immediate familyāincluding childrenāis warmly invited. If it was addressed only to specific individuals, then the invitation is intended just for those named. Weāll have a kidsā menu and activities to keep little ones entertained, and several children are part of our wedding partyāso theyāll be in great company!
Yes! Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and a full open bar during the reception. Later in the evening, be on the lookout for some fun lateānight snacks as well.
