At the Bahia: there isn't a block of rooms reserved, but if you call the Bahia Reservations Center and mention "the Taylor-Siebert Wedding" you should get 15% off your hotel booking.

*the reservation must be made more than 30 days prior to your arrival.

Beyond the Bahia, there are lots of hotel options in Mission Bay and in Pacific Beach (just north of Mission Beach/Mission Bay where the Bahia is!).

*If you are not staying at the Bahia, be sure to arrive early for the wedding, so that you can enjoy the rescue seal habitat at the Bahia main entrance before the ceremony.

The Bahia/that general area is about 15-20 minute drive from the San Diego International Airport.
