Where is the wedding?

All wedding day events (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, after party) are at The Ritz-Carlton Chicago. The schedule for the day can be found on the "Schedule" page.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive for the wedding by 4:45 pm.

What's the dress code?

Black tie, have fun getting dressed up! Men - Tuxedos or full suits with ties Women - Long dresses/evening wear

Where is Sunday's Brunch and am I invited?

Answer

Everyone who attends the wedding is invited! Please RSVP so we can get an accurate count. It is in the Lakeside Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, on the lobby level. Come by whenever you're available, 9-11am. We hope to see you there!

Where are drinks Friday night and am I invited?

Answer

Drinks are at The Kerryman starting at 8:30 pm. Everyone is invited so come on by and say hello - we're excited you're in Chicago! Please RSVP so we can give the venue an accurate count. Address: 661 N Clark St, Chicago, IL

How do I get to The Kerryman for Welcome Drinks?

Answer

We have your transportation covered! Shuttle buses will run from 8:15-11:15 pm between the Ritz-Carlton and The Kerryman. When waiting at the Ritz, feel free to sit/stand inside their street-level lobby. The bus will pick you up on Pearson St at the main entrance. Please look for a black sprinter van with "M&M Limo" on it.

When do I need to book my hotel room?

Answer

In order to receive the discounted rate at either of the room blocks, please reserve your hotel room by Saturday, August 5, 2023. The earlier you book, the more rooms become available for our group so please help everyone out and book ASAP. The links to both reservation pages can be found on the "Accommodations" page. The Taste of Chicago will be September 8-10 this year. Booking early is even more important with the additional tourists in the city!

What time can I check into my hotel?

Answer

Both The Ritz-Carlton's and The Westin's check in time is 4 pm; if you need an earlier check-in you can request it and fingers crossed they're able to accommodate!

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! You can use The Ritz-Carlton’s valet or park in one of many surrounding parking garages, including Water Tower’s self park garage. Rates and availability can be found on SpotHero. The Ritz-Carlton valet is $38 for the event and $78 overnight.

Are children invited?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. While we love your little ones, this is an adults only weekend and all guests attending are 21+.

Will it be a religious ceremony?

Answer

While we will have nods to both Catholicism and Judaism and our upbringings, it will not be a religious ceremony.
