Nina and Kate met at St. Raphael's Catholic School. Kate was in 3rd grade and Nina was in 2nd grade. They met in the school choir and quickly became friends. Their friendship grew much deeper in High School (even though they attended different schools) through the church Youth Group and Youth Choir. They discovered their similar passion for music and formed a band. They have the best memories going to concerts, performing in our band, traveling to Costa Rica, surfing, and so much more! Even though they live far apart and do not see each other as much as they wish they could, this friendship will be forever! Funny side note... Marina also dated her (future) husband for 9 years before getting a ring. We had a contest going for whoever got a ring first. She beat Kate by a few months!

Jennifer Miller

Kate and Jen actually met the same night that Gabe and Kate met. She was hosting the Halloween Party! From the very beginning of their friendship, it was special. Jen introduced Kate to all of her amazing friends, and quickly became a part of the crew. Jen is always there for Kate when she needs advice or someone to talk too! Some of Kate's favorite memories with Jen are singing/dancing to YouTube videos in her living room, the annual Halloween party, the absolute BEST pool parties, giant bonfires, adventures downtown, midnight trampoline workouts, and obsessing over her fabulous cat Jazz (RIP). Jen was there for Kate during some of the most difficult years! Although we live far apart now, Jen will always be a very special person in Kate's life!

Michelle Willes

Kate and Michelle met through mutual friends, and it was a strong connection from the start! They are both Sagitarius's so have very similar personalities. Luckily, shortly after Kate and Gabe moved to the UP, Michelle moved back to WI where she was from originally. Then, it got even better! Her and her boyfriend moved to the UP, only 30 minutes away! Some of Kate's favorite memories with Michelle are our girls nights in Appleton: sushi at Katsa-Yu, drinks at Chadwick's, movies & Nintendo at Michelle's apartment, picking out a barn cat together, going to see Bob Moses in Minneapolis, attending Summer Fest and literally staying at the same stage the entire day in the pouring rain, going four wheeling & tubing, and checking out as much beautiful MI nature that we can.
