"LBI Fly" International Kite Festival
This (free!) international kite-flying festival comes to LBI the second weekend of October every year! Friday and Saturday will have large-scale beach flies, as well as a Night-Fly on Saturday.
Barnegat Lighthouse
Brave the 217 steps to the top of LBI's iconic "Old Barney" lighthouse! Even Kate was able to do it, and she's REALLY afraid of heights! There's also a lovely cafe (Andy's) with a great view of the lighthouse and bay.
Mini Golf
There is no shortage of mini golf on LBI - but our favorite spots are: Island Golf - Surf City Jen's Links at Lighthouse Cove - Barnegat Light
Bay Village & Schooner's Wharf
A cute area for shopping and eateries! Try the Ship Bottom Brewery while you're here as well, they host a trivia night on Fridays at 8!
