Fort Worth Stockyards & Mule Alley
There are countless restaurants, stores, and western activities throughout the Stockyards. While we have some favorites, just walking around will guarantee a good time.
Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo
While you're in town & in the Stockyards, make time for the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo — a true Texas tradition since 1896. It’s the most authentic western experience around, complete with rodeo action, cowboy culture, and unforgettable entertainment. A must-see during your visit!
Fort Worth Herd
Every day at 11:30AM and 4PM (weather permitting), the cattle drive travels through the Historic Fort Worth Stockyards on East Exchange Avenue in front of the Livestock Exchange Building.
Fort Worth Stockyards Station
Stockyards Station is a covered shopping center, full of little western stores and restaurants. It also is still an active train station for the Grapevine Vintage Railroad. If you are lucky the train will be in the station to see. If you are planning a longer trip, we recommend taking this train to Grapevine for the day. Grapevine is exactly as it sounds, a town built around wine!
Billy Bob's Texas
The World's Largest Honky Tonk! They typically have ticketed concerts at night, but you can go in before 5:00 for a small cover. We definitely recommend going in to just even see it. There is a signed guitar room, gift shop, and even a bull riding arena.
Fort Worth Zoo
Consistently ranked one of the best Zoo's in America! A short Uber ride from the Stockyards.
Second Rodeo Brewing
Perhaps the largest bar in the Stockyards. A fantastic beer garden with often live music. Also, they have the best Philly Cheesesteak in DFW!
H3 Ranch
Located in the Historic Stockyards Hotel. A fantastic steakhouse. Even if you don't eat there, we highly recommend visiting the attached bar for a drink.
White Elephant Saloon
The oldest bar in Fort Worth dating back to 1884- and it is right in the Stockyards!
Riscky's Steakhouse
A Stockyards Staple! The interior looks like an old Main Street Western Town.
TX Whiskey Ranch
The Largest Whiskey Distillery West of the Mississippi! Just a short Uber ride from the Stockyards. Closed Sunday.
97 West Kitchen & Bar
While you're here celebrating with us, be sure to check out 97 West Kitchen & Bar, located right inside our wedding hotel! The food is absolutely amazing— from Texas-inspired dishes to delicious cocktails, everything is top-notch. Plus, the setting is just as stunning as the rest of the property.

Originally established in 1902. While there are many places to buy western wear in the Stockyards. Few have been doing it as long as Fincher's!

Fort Worth Botanic Garden

Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth
