Staying at Tierra
For September 7-9, we have a limited amount of assigned lodging on site at Tierra Retreat Center, as well as a big meadow where anyone aged 16+ is welcome to camp. If you want to camp or if we contact you about staying at Tierra, you can follow the link to pay us for lodging via PayPal (and then we pay the venue all-up). Rates are $30 per person per night for suites and $20 per person per night for camping and bunks. Let us know if you have questions about this arrangement.

Vacation Rentals
There are plenty of vacation rentals in the Leavenworth area. Check out Airbnb, VRBO, or Homeaway to see options. We have not made any arrangements with particular houses, but it can be a good alternative option to hotels.
Flight
Flying to Washington
For out-of-towners, we generally recommend flying in and out of Seatac International Airport and renting a car or carpooling. However, there is a small airport in Wenatchee (about 30 minutes away from Leavenworth) that is serviced by Alaska Airlines if you'd like to land closer to the venue.
