After dinner on Friday, September 7, we welcome people to gather informally at Tierra Retreat Center to share drinks and conversation. There are no other formally organized events other than the wedding and reception. Feel free to explore Leavenworth and the surrounding area!

Can I stay at Tierra Retreat Center?

Answer

We wish everyone could stay on site, but we've got a lot of loved ones, so won't be able to accommodate everyone. We have reached out specifically to people about room assignments. However, anyone 16+ years of age is welcome to camp in the meadow or park a camper van on site--let us know if you're interested! Thanks for your flexibility on this front, and let us know if you have further questions.

I have a kid or kids under 14 who I'll be bringing with me. What should I do about childcare for the wedding?

Answer

We want to help connect parents up with childcare to make this part easy--especially for those flying in from out of town. If you will be traveling with kids and need help arranging childcare, email Kate or Denali so we can get the headcount figured out.
