Lindsay is Kate's former wombmate (twin sister)! Eerily alike in all mannerisms and voice(s), Lindsay and Kate have an extremely tight bond. The two shared a room until they were 17, completely by choice. Now on separate coasts, they have to settle for trying to see each other as often as possible. During the trip to LA when Lindsay first met Dave, she and Kate played a little trick on Dave by having Lindsay hold his hand to see how long it would take him to notice. It was about 45 seconds.
Matthew Reynolds
Best Man
Matthew Reynolds is Dave’s little brother, although time and experience have rendered them equals in the eyes of sibling law . Born five years after Dave, Matthew has always been an exact opposite, playing sports that involved running, having girlfriends in high school and becoming a nurse, aka having a true to life career. Dave has always looked up to his brother, admiring his hard work ethic and his hard twerk ethics as well. After graduating college Matthew moved to Los Angeles and over the next five years their relationships hit new heights neither could have imagined.
Elyssa Samsel
Maid of Honor
Elyssa is Kate's writing partner and anyone who knows them knows they are attached at the hip. The two met in 2010 and quickly found a best pal and creative partner in each other. They took a leap when they decided to pursue being a songwriting team full time, and have stuck by each other's side through thick and thin. When Elyssa first met Dave, she jumped out of a car to hug him. The three recently road tripped across America together.
Nick French

If Nick French were anyone in Dave’s life he’d be the constant, his through line. Nick knows all the call backs and most of Dave’s memories because he’s an essential part of his whole life. They’ve been together forever, from middle school pals to high school buds, to college collaborators and now just great friends. Nick’s an adventurer, a hiker, a man not afraid to grow out his beard to an insane length. Most of all he’s been there for the tough stuff, the sturdy base whose kindness helped Dave work through all of life’s curveballs.
Kristen Anderson-Lopez

Kristen is Kate's big sister and lifelong idol. When Kate and Lindsay were little, a visit from Kristen was better than a trip to Disneyworld. Her incredible imagination, drive, and talent have been shining beacons of inspiration for not only Kate and Lindsay, but now many others around the world as well! At Kate and Lindsay's fifth Birthday party, Kristen made every girl repeat after her as she instructed "no one looks like Barbie". #FeministLyricist
Dave Pilson

"The Dave’s", as they're known on the page: Dave Pilson has been one of Dave’s closest collaborators since Ithaca College. Dave R starred in Dave P’s sophomore year production about a college student who could never stop being drunk. Since then, the Dave’s have written and grown together as best buds, from experiencing the hottest deserts with only carrot juice to drink to being there on each other’s wedding days.
Caitlin McCarthy

Caitlin and Kate were roommates for 7 years, and slept in twin beds for 3 of those years which is 2 years longer than acceptable. The two braved their freshman year together after being randomly assigned as roommates, and after 4 years, took the party to New York, dipping their toes into the world of professional jobs, happy hour culture, and installing AC units in old rickety windows. Caitlin married Sam Polifka who was an honorary roommate and the two just had Zachary Polifka whose little smile could light up the Empire State Building.
Kat Primeau

Kat has gone by many names; Joules Johnson, The Duchess of Crumpeton, Pentunia and the all encompassing "Timeheart" . Kat has been many things as well; A Band/Cult Leader, A singer and songwriter, a wife and, most importantly, a member of Robot Teammate. But for Dave, Kat is just plain old inspiring. Kat lives life the same way Dave hopes to live his. With Music, laughs and their best friend by their side.
Jessie Nichols

Jessie has known Kate since the age of 7 when Kate and Lindsay were invited over for a playdate, promptly proved to be a handful, and then were not invited again for another 5 years. At age 12, however, the three reunited and became inseparable pals. Thousands of sleepovers were had, and at least 7 incriminating videos were made of the three girls delighting in their own weirdness.
Matt Nims

Matt and Dave were connected through Nick when they first met. Matt was from Weare, the connecting town that populated Dave's High School along with Henniker. But after a couple hangs they realized they had more in common then they thought. They played football together, shared tough times and became the men who they are because of each other. Not a day goes by that Dave doesn't look at Matt as a premiere example of what a Father and Husband should be.
Melissa Weisbach

Melissa and Kate met freshman year at Gettysburg College when they both were accepted into the College Choir. They discovered that their weird senses of humor aligned, and became fast friends while participating in an a capella group together as well as all the musicals during their time at Gettysburg. Kate lived with Melissa and her now husband Michael Whitehouse (and a rabbit and a tortoise and a hedgehog) for 2 years in Park Slope Brooklyn before they got married and had their precious boy, Alden. When Alden met Dave, he couldn't stop touching his beard.
George Chammas

George met Dave at Ithaca College when they shared their first class together, Acting 1. From there they acted, partied and were pals for sure, but once they both moved to LA, a different type of friendship formed. George became not just a friend but a co-worker, collaborator and the best hang pal money can buy. Dave can’t think of anyone more liked by all types of people more than George, although he’ll always be "Jimothy Tickles" to Dave
Katie Lopez

Katie is Kate's amazingly talented niece. Kate babysat for Katie and her sister Annie for many years and absolutely loved watching the two grow up from babies to the amazing kiddos they are now. Katie has the voice of an angel, writes incredible songs, and is and always has been incredibly hilarious. When she was 2 years old she told the following joke: "What does a giraffe say?". "What, Katie?". "He goes GEE GEE GEE!". Nailed it.
Chris Bramante
Flower Child
After their first weekend of hanging out Dave told Chris that he knew he’d be in his wedding. When Chris and Dave started "Robot Teammate" they had no idea the adventures that would follow. Traveling the country together, writing four musicals with Robot, and of course, seeing all the Pixar movies in the theater on opening weekend. Chris has become one of Dave’s best friends in his group, or his "fellowship" if you will. It’s good to know that they’ll have each other’s back, Chris with his bow and Dave with his axes.
Annie Lopez

Annie Lopez is Kate's youngest niece and an incredible photographer. We hope she will bring those skills to the wedding!! For years, Annie hoped to be the flowergirl in one of her aunts weddings, but the timing never worked out. However, as a junior bridesmaid, we feel confident there will be many *flowergirlesque* moments. When Annie first met Dave she asked if he was going to marry her Aunt Kate. Turns out, the answer was yes!
Jon Schuta

It was Dave’s senior year and Jon’s freshman when they both met in comedy club. At first Dave saw a lot of himself in Jon and wanted to take him under his wing. He was funny, charming, and a big guy too. When they walked across campus they looked like two giant weirdos, one being a smart and articulate English major and the other being Dave. Since college Jon has grown into a fine gentleman and has a bright future ahead, one that will hopefully involve more visits out west and more games of chess with Dave.
