Come check- in, receive your cabin assignment and any bedding you may need, settle in, and get ready for fun!
Camp Day!

Comfortable clothes/ bathing suits
We are hoping to have access to the waterfront, weather permitting. So get ready to BLOB! We'll also have canoes and kayaks available, and the tennis courts will be available to use as well if you bring a raquet! TBD Camp Activities will be taking place around the camp. Games, crafts, and fun for all!
Welcome Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
We will provide a welcome dinner of North Carolina BBQ! We'll provide a few drink options but feel free to BYOB.
Trivia and Talent Show
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Choose a team-name and get ready for trivia! We will also have a talent show following. Sign up info will be emailed before the wedding.

Hang at camp or explore the Area
9:00 am - 2:00 pm
Coffee will be provided in the morning on the dining hall bridge. Just down the road, there are outdoor eateries and antique shops to explore in Flat Rock. *TBD we may have either a food truck on camp or place a large sandwich order, depending on interest*
Transportation to Camp Tonawandah
2:30 pm - 2:45 pm

If you are staying at The Highland Lake Inn and Resort, Transportation to the wedding will begin boarding at 2:30pm and leave at 2:45pm.
Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Wedding attire (festive but comfortable!) We will provide blankets in case it's chilly !
Join us in the outdoor chapel in the woods as we exchange our vows.
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Enjoy a local bluegrass band and some cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.
Dinner
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Join us for dinner and speeches.
Dance at the Gym
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Change into your dancing shoes and anything you need to stay warm!
Time to party! Wine ! Beer ! Dancing! Desert! Asheville's top rated DJ!
Transportation back to Highland Lake Inn
10:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The first shuttles back to The Highland Lake Inn and Resort will depart at 10pm, with shuttles leaving every half hour until 12am.
Campfire/ After Party

Weather permitting, we will have a campfire after the wedding. Otherwise, the afterparty will be held at a TBD location.
