Our dress code is garden cocktail. Ladies, dresses or jumpsuits are perfect. Men, a suit or khakis with a coat or tie is great. We kindly ask that jeans be saved for another day — thank you so much for helping us keep the day feeling special.
We’ve included everyone who is invited on the RSVP page, so checking there first will be the easiest way to know. We truly appreciate your understanding that we’re only able to invite those listed.
Please arrive between 1:30 and 1:50 if you’d like to attend the wedding Mass. Out of respect for the liturgy, late arrivals may be asked to wait until after the procession to be seated.
There is plenty of parking around St. Mary’s, but arriving a little early will help shorten your walk.
Transportation will not be provided. The reception venue is about a 15-minute drive, and cars may be left overnight, which is encouraged if needed. Ubers and arranged car services are also available in Fredericksburg.
Please limit phone use during the ceremony out of reverence for the church. We will have a photographer at both the ceremony and reception, but please feel free to snag us for a picture at the reception if you’d like!
Please RSVP by April 1st so we can provide an accurate head count to our vendors. If we haven’t received your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend and will miss you!
Mid-May in Fredericksburg is typically nice to warm with a slight chance of rain. Our venue is indoors with covered outdoor spaces, so we’ll be well covered if we experience any weather.
Your presence is truly present enough. However, if you would like to share a gift with us, see the “Registry” tab, where all of our individual registries have been combined. We will also have a place for gifts at the reception.
