Answer

Our home base will be at the St. Julien hotel in Boulder, CO. There is a group rate at this hotel, as well as many other lodging options in town. Question

What to wear in CO?

Answer

November in CO is typically more mild than the rest of winter. We always recommend layers when traveling to CO. The afternoons are often warm enough to be outside comfortably with a coat or sweater while the nights will definitely be chillier. Rain and snow are possible this time of year and we suggest checking the forecast before you leave.

Question

Tips for the altitude?

Answer

Some people have difficulty adjusting to the higher elevation in the mountains but most of the time you may only notice a slight shortness of breath. This is also a desert climate so bring some moisturizer and chapstick. We always recommend drinking lots of water to combat the elevation and dryness, especially when drinking alcohol.
