When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 31, 2025.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a Wedding Room Block at the Fairfield Inn and Suites of New Bedford. Please check out the "Travel and Accommodations" tab to access the link for our discounted Wedding Room Block. All reservations in the Wedding Room Block must be made by December 15, 2025.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

The hotel is located an extremely convenient 500-ft away from the venue. There is a crosswalk connecting the two locations together and the area does not have heavy traffic.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free parking as available both at the venue and the hotel selected for our Wedding Room Block.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

To find our registry, please scroll to the top of the page and click on that handy dandy tab labeled "Registry." This is our only registry because everything is easier all in one place.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

PLEASE MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST! We want to ensure that all of our loved ones are able to enjoy themselves AND their meal. Our catering team is great and willing to work with any special requests necessary.

What's the dress code?

Semi-Formal Plus: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits and cocktail dresses.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To comply with capacity restrictions at our venue, if you do not have a plus one listed when you look up your RSVP in the RSVP tab, please do NOT bring a date. Plus ones have been reserved for married and engaged couples only. If you believe you were not given a plus one by mistake, please reach out to Kate or Becca and we will attempt to accommodate.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To comply with capacity restrictions at our venue, if your kids are not listed when you look up your RSVP in the RSVP tab, they are not currently invited to our celebration. However, we will be providing childcare at the hotel across the street from the venue if necessary. Please reach out to Becca or Kate if you will need childcare to attend.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plot twist--Kate and Becca are having a private ceremony so you're heading straight to the party! Cocktail hour starts at 4:30.
