Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we will be having having an adult only ceremony and reception. However, we recognize that some of you will be travelling with your kids, so please know they are welcome at any of the events during the days leading up. Please reach out if you have questions/concerns!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP ASAP or by April 1st, 2025 at the very latest so we can have an accurate total!

What attire should I wear?

We are asking for semi formal attire, however wear whatever you feel most comfortable dancing in!

Do you have a registery?
Answer
Thank you for thinking of us and we very much appreciate your generosity! Traditionally a registry would be where a gift could be purchased for the bride and groom as they move into their new house; however, we have been living together in sin for 5 years and have most things we need. In light of that we ask that you consider honeymoon cash, gift cards, or charitable donations in lieu of physical items as we have very little space these days in our domicile. A gift of this nature is certainly not expected, as your presence is all that we really care about.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be on a large patio overlooking the city, where we will also have our first dance, but the remainder of the wedding will be inside with AC.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We are starting the festivities in Vancouver on July 24th and staying in the Lonsdale Quay until July 27th. We would love for you to join us for a golf, hike, bike, beach and wedding get away - however stay for as little or as long as you like! The actual wedding day is on Saturday July 26th at the Wallace Venue.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them with us. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please let Kate or Aaron know the following: Allergies (we have a general idea of who you are) Vegan or vegetarian (there will be a vegan food option)

Is it openbar?
Answer
The first rounds of drinks are on us! We are also providing wine on the table. Otherwise, a bar with a credit terminal is available for additional celebratory libations!
