The room block is for March 5 - March 9. There is a minimum 3 night stay requirement, but we added an extra night to the room block if you want to extend your stay by a day. This is completely up to you. If you would like to stay 5+ nights, work with our travel agency. There are several room types we've reserved in the room block. Please read the descriptions of each and select which is best for you. See the "Pricing" tab for a breakdown of room prices per person. All rooms are subject to availability, so book ASAP! Note that the PREMIUM rooms come with several upgrades: access to the adults-only pool and Preferred Club Lounge, breakfast at the french restaurant Mercure, personal concierge service, and other benefits. To book your room, click on the VIEW button below. This counts as your RSVP that you are attending! *** Access code is 0306 *** First payment: There is a $150 deposit required to secure the room. Second payment: 50% of the total room cost will be due October 1, 2025. ↳ The first and second payments are refundable until October 1. Third payment: The final balance will be due December 9, 2025. You have the option to split up the payments as outlined above, or you can pay the full amount upfront. All payments are refundable until October 1, 2025.

Shuttle

Transportation between airport and resort

For transportation between the airport and resort, we recommend going through either our travel agents or Amstar, the resort's transportation sister company. If you book through our travel agents, you will receive private transportation that will only be shared with other members of the wedding group who are arriving or departing within 30 minutes of each other. Our travel agents will handle all scheduling and logistics, making this the most convenient option. The cost for this service is $86 per person round trip. To book with our agents, email Paradise Weddings at guests@paradiseweddings.com If you book through Amstar, there are both standard and private shuttles available. The standard shuttles will be shared with guests at other resorts, so you will likely make several stops along the way. The private shuttle through Amstar will be a similar experience to booking with our travel agents, but you are responsible for arranging the booking. Amstar will be the more economic option, especially if you are able to arrange your transportation with other guests to split the cost. For folks traveling from the US, make sure you have a passport that doesn't expire within 6 months of the return date!!
