We got married!!

Malcolm was looking for a 'travel partner and fancy dinner date.' Kat's ideal Friday night was a 'great dinner with fantastic cocktails.' On February 22, 2020, we both swiped right and *buzz buzz* the rest is history. We matched & went on our first date on the same day and instantly hit it off. And we met just in time... one month before everything shut down! There were many nights where we were able to sit on the porch and simply enjoy each other's company, conversing, contemplating, and reflecting on everything that was happening. Twenty-twenty is a huge part of our story. While it was a challenging year for everyone, it brought us closer faster and we'll be forever grateful to have met each other at the perfect time. <3

For us, we wanted a unique, intimate ceremony where it will solely be about each other! During one of the many evenings watching Netflix, we came across a restaurant rescue series that showcased Malta. We immediately fell in love with the country’s beauty and eclectic architecture that stemmed from a variety of influence & rulers over the years. Malta was immediately added to our 'first-place-we-visit-when-we-can-travel-overseas' list. Not even a week after the proposal, we decided this is where we wanted to get married and we are beyond excited to create these lifelong memories together!

While we are choosing to have an intimate destination ceremony, we'd be remiss if we didn't celebrate this exciting milestone with our family & friends!
