February Beach Formal is requested for the ceremony - we recommend elegant yet comfortable looks such as long or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or lightweight suits; please keep the beach setting and cooler February evening temperatures in mind when choosing footwear and layers.

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love our friends’ and family’s children and babies, we have chosen to make all of our wedding events— including the welcome party, ceremony, reception, and after party—adult-only celebrations for guests 21 and older. Due to space and planning, we can only accommodate those specifically named on the invitation. We truly appreciate your support, understanding, and making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us.

Do you have recommendations for childcare?

While we are not arranging childcare for the wedding, we know some guests may be traveling with little ones and want the option. A highly recommended local service is Southern Sitters, which provides fully vetted, background‑checked, and CPR‑certified caregivers. They can come directly to your hotel, condo, or rental and are experienced with infants, toddlers, and event‑day care. Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space and planning, we are only able to accommodate guests specifically named on the invitation. Please understand that plus ones are not available unless listed, and we kindly ask everyone follow the details provided on their invitation.

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

YES, we have a room block available for our guests, and we highly recommend staying at the host hotel. It’s located directly on the property where all wedding events will take place. Once you arrive, you’ll be able to enjoy the entire weekend without needing to drive or leave the venue. Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Welcome Party on Friday night will be held outdoors on the hotel property. The ceremony will be held outdoors on the beach. Our cocktail hour will also be outdoors followed by a reception that includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Dress accordingly :)
