Our wedding will be in the Tri-Cities area in Eastern Washington, which is located right on the Columbia River. The Tri-Cities are Richland, Kennewick, and Pasco. The wedding venue is located in Benton City, only a 15-minute drive from the rest of Tri-Cities. West Richland is the city closest to Benton City. If you stay anywhere in the Tri-Cities area, you will still be within close driving distance of the venue. For your convenience, we have recommended some hotels in the area.
You can fly into SeaTac (SEA) International Airport in the Seattle area and drive east over the mountains on I-90 & I-82 to get to Tri-Cities (approx. 3.5 hr drive) or you can fly into the Pasco International Airport (PSC) in Pasco. Public transportation options are limited, so we recommend a rental car if you fly in. There are Lyft & Uber options too.
The weather in the Tri-Cities is usually still warm and sunny in September, often with temperatures in the 80s-90s F during the day.

SeaTac is in the Seattle area, and you would need to rent a car and drive 3.5 hours over the mountains (I-90 & I-82) to get to Tri-Cities.
