No. Colombia's climate depends on therman floors, which vary according to the position of each of the cities you are visiting. So when you travel the country, you can find temperatures higher than 30°C or even temperaturas below 0°C. Make sure you check the temperatures of each city before you pack.
Each Colombian city has something different to offer. Medellín, Bogotá and Cartagena, for example, are some of the cities that receive the biggest amount of tourists each year. Also Cali, Santa Marta and San Andres are great places to see!
The Colombian peso or COP. Check google for the most updated exchange rate. We do not recommend exchanging money in Colombia or at any airports or exchange houses. Be sure you have an international card you can withdraw money or exchange at your local bank before you leave.
The sooner the better. The whole month of December is a very busy time in Colombia and considered high season, therefore please book your flights and hotels as soon as possible. We also recommend to book your hotel in Villa de Leyva (wedding location) first, as this is a very popular destination specially for New Year's Eve- Make sure you check cancelation policies in case of a change due to Covid-19
