Maid of Honor
Not many people can say they've known the bride their whole life but Vikki can. She shares genes with the bride but not jeans-jeans because there's a 5 inch height difference between the two. In true big sister fashion, she has taught the bride hard lessons, such as: how to lose gracefully, how to hide your diary (ahem, not under the pillow), and how badly noogies hurt (wait, why is she the MOH?). When she's not working as a pharmacist, you can find Vikki practicing yoga, playing board-games, or taking photos (of dogs, mainly).
Best Man
Steven and Brendon crossed paths in college and have been best amigos since then. When Brendon isn’t harassing Steven to go on a bike ride, you can find them bonding over a nice bougie cup of coffee. In Steven’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, fur baby, traveling and credit card churning.
Bridesmaid
Jenn and the bride met through a mutual friend some odd years ago. From introducing the bride to beloved TV favorites such as the Great British Bake-Off, to experiencing their own cooking mishaps together (we'll never forget the spaghetti-strainer-debacle of 2018 or the questionable latte art pieces of 2020), they have quite the arsenal of funny memories together. Jenn is a nurse who loves jetsetting and discovering new, Yelp-approved dessert places.
Groomsman
Brendon and Alphonse go way back to early elementary (2nd grade to be specific). It didn't take long before a close friendship was cemented with no take back-sies. Alphonse is just your average guy with some great near-death experience stories to tell about Brendon. Had Brendon seen the signs earlier, he might have reconsidered the friendship...
Bridesmaid
Yet another wonderful friendship made possible by EY! Joy is easily one of the kindest and chillest people the bride knows. And the two became quick friends after they bonded over their love for the outdoors, running, and teenage pop heart-throbs. From going to Justin Bieber's Purpose concert to taking on memorable hikes, such as Havasupai and Whitney...it's always been a fun time! Joy is a tax manager who loves being creative, solving riddles, and spending time with her husband and pup.
Groomsman
Aric first knew the groom as the wacko water polo player who always placed behind him in track events. Through years of absurd laughter, bizarre adventures, and awkward encounters, a true friendship has emerged which is tighter than the groom’s rainbow high school speedo.
Bridesmaid
Kaila is the groom's younger sister. Fun fact...she almost beat him in an apple bobbing contest once but let him win ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Of the two, she is probably the better cook as she enjoys trying new recipes. Kaila enjoys long walks on the beach with her pitbull Rey. Sloths are her spirit animals. And don't even think about challenging her to Star Wars trivia because you will probably lose!
Groomsman
Brendon first met Davis in a high school English class their freshman year. It was here that Davis helped Brendon barely make it through the year. As payment for the help he provided, Davis proceeded to pants Brendon during P.E. in front of many a people. When not being a bully, Davis is a comic book enthusiast who has a soft spot for Husky pups and takes more pictures of his food than of people. He also enjoys meaningful conversations, laughing together, long romantic walks on the beach —oh wait, wrong site...
Bridesmaid
Assigned seat-mates at work turned best amigos...there's no stronger friendship than one forged through a mutual love for running, Taylor Swift, biking, Taylor Swift, and Harry Potter (oh & did we say Taylor Swift?!)! Karli and the bride are a year apart but she might as well have been a twin.
Groomsman
Leslie met Brendon in their freshman year at SJSU where Brendon instantly become the token white guy in the "Bricks crew." Very much a nerd, Leslie is a big gamer and also enjoys making cosplay. The runt of the group, what he lacks in height, he makes up for with dashingly good looks, incredible personality, and constant overexaggeration... wait don't put that in.
Bridesmaid
Tori is the groom's younger sister. I bet you didn't know that the bride & groom both have sisters named Victoria, who both (conveniently) go by other names. She is a concert enthusiast and has gone to a Cage the Elephant concert with the couple (although the groom was the true third-wheel there). Tori identifies more as a right-brain individual and is always up for a crafty project, a fun night out with friends, and anything that involves tacos!
Groomsman
Michael and Brendon first met in the 2nd grade where they shared the same class for the following 4 years. Quickly they became close friends and shared similar interests in extreme sports and being the least serious of the guys. A little known fact about the two, Brendon and Michael's initials are opposite of each other, but only if you exclude the middle one.
Bridesmaid
Yen and the bride go all the way back to the sixth grade. She's seen her through all her awkward phases and has not used any of that against her as blackmail. Dentist by day and Joanna-Gaines in training by night, Yen is a boba extraordinaire who has a passport and will travel for food.
Groomsman
Brendon was Nishant’s first friend at a new school, meeting before starting 2nd grade as our mom’s registered us. Little did we know then, that this friendship would blossom through our countless “manly overnighters” that often featured entire gallons of ice cream, limitless eggo waffles, June bug hunts, contests to see who could last longest in a hot sweaty car, religiously watching Anchorman (again, and again), and cramming 3 people into a single bed. As we got older, we shifted towards biking, hiking, and gaming— activities Nishant looks forward to in his yearly return to San Jose (Nishant keeps moving around North America to forever be in school).
Officiant
Google ‘AWESOME’ and you will find a picture of Ray. He is a man known to put others before himself. You might cash him outside helping the community through his efforts as a fellow at YCore, or through hosting silent yet impactful fundraisers for Downtown Streets team. Now how bout dah? Ray has been an amazing friend to the couple over the years. They have gone on Tahoe trips, lost their hearing at a concert, and have had many wonderful dinner-chats (veggies, optional). They feel so blessed to have him as their officiant!
