Before there was Tindr, Coffee Meets Bagel, or Bumble, there was E(Y)-Harmony... Brendon & Kat first met at the Ernst & Young (EY) San Jose office in 2015. The two didn’t start dating until 2 years after their first encounter. What began as trips to the movies and introducing each other to new restaurants, quickly evolved to meeting the parents – a story Kat loves to tell! It was not a week after Brendon had asked Kat to be his girlfriend that he had to meet her folks, and return her to her parents with one ACL less in tact than when she had left for Tahoe…Whoops! Through it all, Brendon and Kat have continued to go on a number of memorable dates. From summiting Mt Whitney in a snowy day trip to going on a 10-day road trip in a camper van to falling asleep on their couch while watching TV, it has always been an adventure! The couple share a mutual love for traveling, baking pizookies, playing the punch buggie & state license plate game, & crafting Halloween costumes. They are two peas in a pod but also have many different interests. Kat loves to scrapbook, read, and run. While Brendon loves all things coffee-related, cycling, and working on his green thumb. After 2.5 years of dating, Brendon popped the question while on a hike, Kat said “YES!”, and the two could not be more excited to tie the knot!
