Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend?

Answer

In light of COVID-19 and the Delta variant, we ask that all guests be fully vaccinated prior to attending our celebration. Current regulations in New York City require proof of vaccination for indoor dining for all guests, regardless of a negative COVID test. Please make sure to bring proof of vaccination when traveling in NYC. We will communicate any changes to regulations on this page, so don't forget to check back frequently! We understand if you are unable to attend due to this request and we will miss you dearly. We are doing our best to make sure this is a fun celebration within city regulations and with safety precautions, and we appreciate your support!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Weather-permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on an NYC rooftop, so please keep this in mind! The reception will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Seating is from 4:30-4:55 for a 5:00 pm ceremony time. Don't forget NYC traffic can be unpredictable, so please plan accordingly!

When should I RSVP?

Answer

To ensure vendors have a final guest count, we kindly ask you RSVP by September 24, 2021 using the card within our invitation.

Do I have to RSVP even if I'm unable to attend?

Answer

We wish you could make it! We please ask that you still RSVP, even if the answer is unfortunately a no, to help prevent confusion with any lost RSVPs in the mail.

Can I take and share photos or videos during your wedding?

Answer

Yes! We've hired a wonderful team to capture all of our special moments so that we can share them with you. You are welcome to take pictures so long as they are not in the way of the professionals during important moments. If there are any photos or videos you'd like to share, please remember to use our hashtag #oneupandover on social media so we can find them!

Where should I stay?

Answer

NYC options are limitless! Please check out the Travel tab on our website for information on room blocks for hotels throughout the city. There are also AirBnBs and alternative hotels for you to choose from. We hope you enjoy our favorite city!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but unfortunately we have a strict guestlist and will be having an adults-only wedding. We hope this is a great excuse for a parents' night out!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the bride and groom or immediate family for clarification if needed. If you're flying solo, rest assured our family and friends will be a blast to party with!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We plan to have casual, optional events throughout the weekend. We are currently in the planning stages for these events. Please see the Schedule tab for updates.
