Is the wedding happening as planned?

Answer

As of March 27, our venue has assured us that our wedding will continue as planned. As healthcare workers, Eric and I are very aware of the current pandemic and monitoring the situation with COVID-19 closely. If you are no longer able or feel uncomfortable traveling or attending, we understand. Please let us know as soon as possible - no later than April 29 - so we can update our vendors.

What happens if the CDC or state of California extend any bans and your wedding date is affected?

Answer

We will update you if the circumstances change. As it nears closer to the date, keep checking in on our website or feel free to contact either of us directly.

What is the venue address?

Answer

Our wedding is being held at Serendipity Gardens. The address is 12865 Oak Glen Rd, Oak Glen, CA 92399.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

From the 10 East freeway, exit Cherry Valley Blvd & turn left/eastbound. Then turn left on Beaumont Ave. Beaumont Ave turns into Oak Glen Rd. Look for a yellow 40 MPH sign. The driveway is immediately after the sign on the right. Please pull in the gated driveway and park to the right.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be at the same address. It is an outdoor venue. Parasols will be provided during the ceremony.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather will most likely be warm, as it is near the start of summer. Please check the weather forecast in Yucaipa, CA closer to the wedding date.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures in the ceremony site. Guests can head straight to Cocktail Terrace located in the upper level for appetizers and beverages. Guests are also welcome to visit the Oak Grove for outdoor lawn game fun.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive no earlier than half an hour before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free, self-parking. Once you pass through the gate, park in the lot to the right of the fountain.

What should I wear?

Answer

Tuxes and gowns preferred, but suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome. Comfortable shoes are encouraged as the venue is multi-level.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
