Obviously, it's a DISNEY wedding, and we would love to celebrate all the childhood dreams together as a family! Your children are welcome to attend the ceremony and reception, but it is YOUR responsibility to watch them and make sure they are being respectful to the venue and the guests/staff.
Our ceremony will be an "unplugged ceremony". We have hired a wonderful photography couple for the wedding. We know it is an exciting time, and you want to capture the MAGIC, but we are asking that during the ceremony, you take in all the memories with us in person. Please take as many photos as you wish before and after the ceremony without getting in the way of our photographers. We will have a QR code for you to send all the photos that you take throughout the night!
Yes! We encourage guests to share their experience at our wedding on social media. Our only request is that you tag us in each post!
We ask that everyone be dressed semi-formal/casual.
The end of June can be very nice, but it can also bring some afternoon rain. As our ceremony is scheduled to take place outside at Lions Park and the reception is set to be held inside at Cheyenne Ice and Event Center, in the event that the weather forecast changes, we will relocate the ceremony to the same location as the reception.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby, as well as the immediate family, for about half an hour. Guests can head to Cheyenne Ice and Event Center for the cocktail hour, and the bridal party will arrive shortly.
You will be missed! If you are unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
We would love for everyone to arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated and ready to enjoy the MAGICAL FAIRYTALE.
We would love it if everyone had their RSVP's in by April 26, 2026. Even if you are unable to attend, please reply with "no" to minimize confusion about your attendance status. You can RSVP online, as we will not be sending anything with the invitation that requires a return by mail.
For food, we will have a taco bar with carne asada and chicken! We will also have chips, guacamole, salsa, and all the fixings for the tacos. (GLUTEN-FREE) The dessert bar will feature banana pudding, churros, cannoli, cookies, and more. For drinks, we will have a variety of sodas and mixers to create your own dirty soda. We will also serve a selection of alcohol for those 21 and older.
We are registered on Amazon. We also have a honeymoon cash fund set up through Venmo if you wish to help us have the best time exploring the different Disney locations! Please do not feel pressured to get us anything!
We ask that you do NOT take any part of the centerpieces home, as we worked very hard to create those, and the characters are a part of our personal collection. You may take a container of cotton candy home-made by Marti Derringer with Cotton Candy Celebrations! We will also have some dog/cat treats to take home for your furry friends and some of our favorite candy!
For just $5 a ticket, you can sprinkle a little pixie dust on our honeymoon dreams and enter for a chance to win half the magic in the pot. Think of it as your very own moment with the Fairy Godmother—one lucky guest will walk away with a prize, and the rest helps us begin our adventure “once upon a time.”
