We have a block of rooms reserved for Thursday, July 9th to Sunday July 12th. Please use our GROUP code: G-FEDE to book within the hotel block. Guests have until June 9th to book under our hotel block. Pricing Information: Single King Bed: $179 2 Queen Beds: $179 +To book, go to the main hotel website. Click the orange "book" button on the top right-hand corner. Choose the dates. Under special rates, choose the button for Corporate or Group Code. Do not click Special Offer Code - it will not give you the discount. Transportation will be provided to and from Shady Elms Farm for guests staying in the hotel. The transportation will leave the Hyatt promptly at 3:30pm and will arrive at Shady Elms Farm at 4:00pm. At the end of the night, the transportation will depart Shady Elms Farm at 10:30pm. Please let us know if you are planning to use the transportation in your RSVP.

In the event that the Hyatt is fully booked, we are asking guests who wish to use the shuttle to please book at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The Hampton Inn & Suites is within walking distance of the Hyatt. If you are planning to use the shuttle, please let us know in your RSVP. +Please meet in the Hyatt hotel lobby for the shuttle service.

Flight
Guests who are flying in will need to come into the Pittsburgh International Airport. It is about a 30-minute drive to the hotel from the airport. A rental car is recommended for exploring.
