As much as we love your children, we ask that this is an adult-only event with the exception of the children in the bridal party. We greatly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us! Parents night out! You deserve a break!

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors but under a pavilion. The reception will be held inside the barn, which is climate controlled with air conditioning. There will be a short walk to each destination so please come prepared in the event that it is raining!
Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service for guests staying at the Hyatt Place Hollywood Casino & Race Track Pittsburgh South. The transportation will leave the Hyatt promptly at 3:30pm and will arrive at Shady Elms Farm at 4:00pm. At the end of the night, the transportation will depart Shady Elms Farm at 10:30pm. Please let us know if you are planning to use the transportation in your RSVP. +If you are staying at the other hotels but need transportation, please let us know in your RSVP.
Shady Elms Farm has plenty of parking available! There are signs to direct you to the on-site parking lot adjacent to the venue or to a drop off area if assistance is needed. Overnight parking is available for guests.
