Things To Do

We are very excited to see you all, but if you don’t want to hang around the pre-wedding madness we get it! So here is a list of our recommendations for staying busy in the Great Falls/Belt area.

Giant Springs State Park

4803 Giant Springs Road, Great Falls, MT 59405
, (406) 727-1212

This is Giant Springs...something nice for a couple or a family!

Park Drive North

Park Drive North, Great Falls, MT 59401

On Park Drive North there is a duck pond. Garett and I tried to feed the ducks once, but it turns out Garett is more scared of geese than I thought.

Ryan Dam Road

Ryan Dam Road, Great Falls, MT 59404

Ryan dam is the actual "great falls" that Lewis and Clark once wrote about. They could see the mist of the falls from miles away. To this day you can oftentimes still see the mist of the dam. It is an easy hike, but you'll have to take a long trip down an old dirt road to get there!

Sluice Boxes

MT 59412

The Sluice Boxes are a beautiful site to see! During June the waters will be high, so this will be not the best time to hike or go swimming in the deep green-blue swimming pools. They are located in the Little Belt Mountains.

Memorial Falls

MT 59465

The Memorial Falls are breath taking any time of the year. However, since this is early June...I would pack a warm jacket! There might be some snow still up in the Little Belts.

C. M. Russell Museum

400 13th Street North, Great Falls, MT 59401
, (406) 727-8787

Charlie Russell is a famous western artist who spent most of his adult life portraying the truth of the Wild West in Montana. Here you can walk through part of his house and gaze upon his masterpieces.

For all the days along the way
