When is the RSVP deadline?

Please submit your online RSVP by May 1, as the guest count will need to be finalized shortly after.

Are plus-ones or children permitted?

Answer

Due to limited space, please bring only the guests listed on your RSVP. All guests reserved in your honor, including plus-ones and children, will be listed on your RSVP.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear semiformal attire and refrain from jeans and other casual clothing.

What time should guests arrive to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to arrive at Antioch Bible Baptist Church at 1:50 pm so the ceremony can begin at 2 pm. For the reception, guests may arrive at the Harlow any time between 4 and 4:30 pm for light refreshments before the reception begins at 4:45. Please enter from the back of the venue on the side of the McGee Street Parking lot.

Will there be parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

At the ceremony, Antioch Bible Baptist Church offers free parking for all guests. At the reception, guests may park for free at the McGee Street Parking lot, located behind the reception venue. Additional parking, subject to parking fees, may be found at the Arts District Garage, the KC Live Parking Garage, and the SP+ Parking Lot, each located a 5-15 min walk from the Harlow. Due to limited parking and traffic in the downtown area due to the World Cup, guests are encouraged to carpool to the reception and to allow sufficient time to find parking before the reception.

All meals will have gluten, soy, and dairy-free options.
