McKenna Luzynski

McKenna is Kasia’s younger sister and her best friend! They grew up doing gymnastics, dancing, and twirling together. They were duet partners, both were feature twirlers for Cave Spring High School, and both went on to be the feature twirlers for their universities. McKenna received her Masters in Science in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. In summer of 2019, McKenna and Kasia country hopped through Europe and got to see Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Kraków, London, Dublin, and Belfast together. McKenna now works as a lead epidemiologist for the Virginia Department of Health. What a time to join the workforce as an epidemiologist (looking at you COVID-19)! Kasia always knew she’d get married with her sister by her side, and now the time has come!
Caitlin Sherr

Kasia and Caitlin met in college at Elon University. They were Alpha Xi Delta sisters, and even though they weren't, many people thought they were Big/Little. They got to live the luxury life together at Mill Pointe during Caitlin's senior year and Kasia's junior year and had such an amazing year. Since then, they've had countless adventures together in Boston, the Cape, the Grand Cayman, Carolina Country Music Fest, Elon homecoming, and more! Despite the distance, their friendship has been so strong and such a rock in Kasia's life. This time, Caitlin gets to head down south for Kasia's biggest adventure yet! Caitlin lives in Boston and gets to show off her MBA skills every day!
Becca Siar

Kasia and Becca have known each other since 3rd grade when Kasia moved to Roanoke, but didn't become best friends until closer to high school. They were in classes together (absolutely do not miss AP Calc), on dance team together, in FCA together, and got to dance at Miss Mona's together for one year. Growing up in the same neighborhood made girls night sleepovers so easy and pretty frequent! When it came time for college, Kasia headed to Elon and Becca went to Roanoke College, but they still kept their friendship strong and visited each other at both places. Becca received her Masters of Theology at the University of Notre Dame and is now the Director of Campus Ministry at UIC's Newman Center!
Abbie Payne

Abbie and Kasia met when Abbie moved to Roanoke, and Kasia was devastated when Abbie moved back to the midwest during their senior year. Thank goodness for GroupChat (with bridesmaid Becca) to keep their friendship strong despite the distance! From popcorn and M&M's at girls' nights to being by Abbie's side when she said I do to the love of her life, they've lived life together, even with so many miles between them. Abbie was the first to have kids and a husband, so Kasia's gotten to ask Abbie questions along every step of the way! Abbie received her degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, and on top of working full time, is the BEST mom to sons Ryan, Greyson, and Baker!
