Please kindly RSVP no later than February 13th! If you cannot make it, you will be missed! Please indicate your regrets on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.
We'd love to have our loved ones get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal to semi-formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear suit & tie with buttoned undershirts. No jeans please! Depending on the weather, please dress accordingly since the ceremony and reception location at the venue may change.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis by the bride and groom. Thank you for understanding!
While we would love to host a Welcome Party for our guests, we will be having an intimate Rehearsal Dinner for immediate family and wedding party only. If you are to attend the Rehearsal Dinner, you will see the option to accept or decline when you RSVP.
Onsite parking is available. Overnight parking is also an option, but vehicles must be picked up no later than 10 a.m. Please plan a way of getting here accordingly and map it beforehand to ensure on time arrival.
Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony; you can arrive as early as is 1:00 p.m. This will allow for you to park (unless you are taxing or have other transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 1:00 p.m., you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter.
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! A photo booth will also be present.
Yes, if you have a food allergy. Please let us know when you RSVP so we can coordinate with our caterer so we can best accommodate your special request.
Yes! Beer, wine, two specialty cocktails, and non alcoholic beverages are on us!
We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (February 13th), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors and venue with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
After the reception concludes at 9:00 p.m. guests can keep the party going at The Block Petaluma! There will be more bites and a full bar available, so please make sure you have transportation to and from that location.
