Hotel
This is our venue! This is also where everyone will stay for the weekend. Accommodation is sorted through Kasey and Ryan directly - there is no need to contact the resort! Please note our resort is in a very remote location - there are no ubers / taxis. There will be plenty of activities at the venue on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - and the pool, pool bar, restaurant, and spa will be open when we don't have scheduled events. But, if you feel like you might want to get away and travel around during the weekend (when you have down time in between events) we recommend getting a car for your trip, so you can do so freely. Flight
Pisa, Florence and Rome are the closest airports to fly into. If you’re renting a car, Pisa is the closest option, but both Florence and Rome are also great choices. For the best flight prices, we recommend checking flights 6-8 months before your travel date. Prices tend to be inaccurate and high if you look too early. The sweet spot for booking is about 4-7 months ahead. We have created a guide for driving in Italy, see the button below! Not renting or hiring a car? No problem! You can easily hop on a train from anywhere in Italy to a station that’s just 10 minutes from the venue. View the section below for more details.
Train
These are the train stations that are just a 5-10 minute drive from our venue! You can book train tickets from anywhere in Italy to these train stations. Booking is easy through sites like Trainline, Omio, or Trenitalia. We have a guide on trains in Italy linked below. Please also note that we need you to fill out a form (emailed to you) if you'd like for us to help you with organizing a taxi from the train station to the venue.
