We will be updating this page along with the schedule page with details about our wedding and what information you might need or want to know about getting there or when you are there. In addition, we can send out mass emails to all of you if we have anymore information, so keep an eye out on your emails! If you have any questions don't hesitate to reach out to either Ryan or Kasey!
We have the venue fully to ourselves! We highly encourage hanging out at the pool, relaxing, or even booking the spa (which must be done in advance). You are more than welcome to venture out when we do not have wedding events on! As a reminder, we have events on Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon. We have a full guide on our venue and what you can do here: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGnKZOd6BM/4RXU009ebL9BsF9bvrqRXQ/edit?utm_content=DAGnKZOd6BM&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton
Our venue has room for all our guests! We have assigned you a room, and have emailed you with the information for paying and who you might be staying with (if in an apartment-style room). The cost for staying at our venue is approximately $50- $60 per person per night, which includes daily breakfast, dinner on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. There’s no need to contact the venue directly—booking through them won’t be possible, it is all done through us! If you did not get an email from Kasey detailing your accommodation and how much you owe, please contact her directly.
The venue is located in a remote area of Tuscany. The easiest ways to get there are to drive or take the train to a nearby station. We recommend flying into Rome or Pisa and renting a car or taking a train to either Montepescali (5 mins from the venue) or Grosetto (10 mins from the venue). For those taking the train, we will help get you from the train station to the venue if you fill out this form by August 9th. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSftwxma-3UFTe4s1d7pUZFH8635utcAHsBhaUhkw9Vo8JnSCw/viewform?usp=dialog
If you are planning on driving in Italy, it is recommended (technically a legal requirement) to have an International Drivers License. We have made a guide here for driving in Italy as well: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGnE5ubW2I/vZYpjNE6UhudpAJBHgkERQ/edit?utm_content=DAGnE5ubW2I&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton Information on how to get one is here: https://it.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/transportation-driving/ Driving in Italy is a great experience! Something to be cautious of - they are pretty strict with the speed limit, Ryan and I got a ticket for going 4 MPH over the speed limit (the ticket was mailed to us 4 months after our visit) - so be careful! :)
We have provided a guide here for the train: https://www.canva.com/design/DAGnKHQmXvQ/vVVroUhyQi2qZPuxBJDwWA/edit?utm_content=DAGnKHQmXvQ&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=sharebutton
Your presence and coming out to Italy to celebrate us is plenty of a gift for us! If you feel so generous to give anything more, we do have some honeymoon and future saving funds that you can contribute to here: https://www.zola.com/wedding/kaseyandryan2025/registry
Yes, if you choose to rent a car, there is plenty of parking at the venue.
Everyone invited is highly encouraged to stay with us on the venue property! The venue, Guadalupe Tuscany Resort, is a fully functioning resort and has apartments and rooms with great amenities like daily breakfast, access to the pool and pool bar, an onsite restaurant, kitchenettes, air conditioning, and more. All accommodation payments will be handled through us (Kasey and Ryan), as we’ve reserved and paid for everything in advance to make it easy for you! If you decide to stay somewhere else, just keep in mind that you’ll be responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue for the events taking place there.
Your invitation is addressed to those who are invited to our wedding, if you have a plus one, it will be stated on the invitation. While we’d love to have everyone join the celebration, we’re keeping it intimate and ask that only the people listed on the invitation attend.
